What to know for your first foundation class

In foundation, we concentrate on loading important movement patterns, building foundational strength, improve postural issues, and breaking imbalances. You may feel most comfortable in shorts and a dry-fit shirt that provides plenty of wicking for sweat.

Foundation is aerobics, cardio, and strength combined, incorporating your entire body. If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
